Champaign, OH: Product PSA
You know that I love all of the market products, order just about all of them, each week or so, depending on my need.
You know I cannot be without CrisMis’s Jewelweed Salve. I have more rollerballs of patchouli than I can count from ELM Tree Essentials. I must have all the Old Souls lettuce varieties. I need a candle, in each room of my house, from Old Farmhouse candles because they smell that amazing!!
And, one of my newest obsessions are the Wholly Rollies produced by Old Souls Farm!! IN LOVE. These are little powerhouses of protein. If I have one for breakfast, with my coffee, I am good all the way into the afternoon, when I break for a quick lunch. If I’m busy, on the road, or just being lazy for lunch, I will have one of these, and it can carry me all the way through my late dinner, and sometimes, I’m not even hungry for dinner.
The ingredients are natural, the protein is plentiful, they are local, and the serving size is perfect!
There you go…just one more product, of many, that I will be sharing, that I am in love with…

Champaign, OH: Flourish News!
I’ve been speaking with the girls, off and on, this past weekend, and like many of our producers, their flower farm, and surrounding flower farms that they depend on, are battling this crazy drop in temperature.
So, because their niche/passion/belief is to only use florals, locally grown, this puts them on a bit of a set back, for now. They are in Vacation Mode, for the time being, maybe just a few weeks, just so they can wait out the cold snap, and then will be back with their beautiful local floral offerings!
Champaign, OH: Blue Jacket Dairy!!
It’s their week on the market, right now!!
As you know, they offer just one week a month for your ordering pleasure, so take advantage for Thursday’s pick up!!
Champaign, OH: Monday Comes Knocking!
Monday morning comes so quickly!! Not really in a bad way, but today, for me, it was emerging from a lovely little weekend cocoon of a brief visit from my daughter, who flew in on Friday evening. A lovely bridal shower for one of her best pals, and an early morning Mother’s Day celebration, with her, before she hopped back on a flight to Florida.
I then hosted a Mother’s Day Dessert Party for my own mother, with all of my family, as we toasted all of us with champagne…
I spent the rest of the day diving into a few new books that I received on my birthday, and enjoying an early evening of nothing.
But, this morning found me waking, crazy, and ready to get a weblog out, for the market, organize a few months, upcoming, with my businesses, and just embrace the sunshine!!
I hope that everyone had some sort of lovely celebration, yesterday, honoring your mothers, yourselves, and the fact that mothering does not have to be about mothering children of your own, but most of us become mother of thousands…including pets.
I wanted to give you all the weekend to not be pestered with my ramblings, but here I am, rambling on, again…
The market will close, for orders, tomorrow, and pick up will be, as always, on Thursday!!
Get those orders in…there is so much to choose from!!
