Grapefruit-Cranberry Sauce with Rosemary

Ingredients
12 ounces
Fresh cranberries
3/4 to 1 cup
Sugar
2
Grapefruits
2 tablespoons
Fresh rosemary (diced) (plus some for garnish)
1/4 teaspoon
Sea salt
Optional: zest from 1 lime
Step by Step Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and zest the grapefruit and lime. Remove the flesh from one of the grapefruits and juice the other.
- Put the zest into a non-reactive saucepan and add the sugar, grapefruit juice, and lime zest. Cook over high heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Stir in the cranberries, grapefruit flesh, rosemary, and salt. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, then serve warm or refrigerate until ready to serve.
