Ingredients
4 pieces Bread
1 cup Ricotta cheese
OR yogurt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 cups Fresh figs (halved or quartered)
1 tablespoon Honey
1/8 teaspoon Sea salt flakes

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Mix the ricotta (or, if using, the yogurt) and the vanilla extract together in a small bowl.
  2. Toast the bread, then spread the slices with the vanilla mixture, top with the sliced figs, and drizzle with honey and salt flakes.
